Thesis: An Enemy of the People redesign

An Enemy of the People is an excellent play that focuses on a number of struggles: right and wrong (in the moral sense), right and wrong (in the factual sense), economic good vs. the public good, and what can be seen vs. what cannot be seen. Written in 1882, it actually holds a lot of relevance in the way we see our own society playing out today; people choosing money over morals, bad science over good change, etc. I chose to redesign the cover to draw new readers to the book who might not have picked it up otherwise. The busyiness of the cover serves to set up what becomes a messy scandal between a formerly well respected scientist and a town profiting from its bathhouse.
